Job Description
The Senior Manager of Delivery is responsible for coordination of customer onboarding/installation including project management, system configuration, and virtual installations and training. The Senior Manager of Delivery will oversee process efficiency, overall cost management, operational scalability, and employee engagement. This position will be heavily customer facing and project management focused.
Essential Functions
Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, the following:
The Senior Manager Of Delivery Will
  • Oversee training, development and mentoring of Implementation Specialists and Project Coordinators, providing opportunities for career advancement and growth.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, distributors and internal team members.
  • Oversee operational tool use and reporting, including SmartSheet, Salesforce and DRB utilities to satisfy project needs.
  • Drive toward scalability particularly with SaaS implementation.
  • Ensure project plans are executed and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt to changing client demands; actively manage any changes and adjust plans appropriately.
  • Develop workload capacity planning models that align with company forecast initiatives.
  • Demonstrate and promote effective and productive communication at all times.
  • Protect assets, control expenses, and ensure operating budgets are met.
  • Manage installation schedules with a high through put to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee onboarding of all customers, project add-ons and transition from current On Prem portfolio to our new SaaS platform. They will be responsible for creating and executing on process and quality standards to achieve results.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to maintain accountability for project accuracy and customer expectations.
  • Drive the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product launch and implementation processes
Qualifications And Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years related business experience
  • Project Management, Capacity/Forecast/Workload planning experience preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years in leadership, supervisory or managerial level experience
  • Experience in a Technical, POS or SaaS environment preferred
Computer Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Windows and PC based applications
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Salesforce, Accumatica beneficial
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel)
Other Requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
  • Highly self-motivated with strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the technology industry and general business management
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Superior follow-up and attention to detail skills
Willingness to occasionally travel by automobile or commercial airline with overnight stays.
