Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or business management or

Create and manage design submittals, RFI’s and change orders

Work with the Quality Control manager to create, review and edit required quality control documents

Manage designers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure required design & installation information (is provided correctly and on-time.

Review subcontractor & engineering performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager.

3+ years working experience in HVAC or building controls.

3-5 years of experience providing outstanding customer service in automotive or related field explaining/educating advanced technology, documenting customer concerns and resolution

Empathy, sincerity, patience, and strong communication skills

Excellent follow-up and probing skills

You will document customer concerns, determine if a quick technical solution is available, execute the solution, and document

You will convey confidence to the customer that you are their guide along the path to vehicle service

Enthusiasm and passion for Rivian and electric vehicles

Minimum of 10 years experience in operations management required.

Knowledge of retail operations, strategic planning, implementation of policy and procedures and project management.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and management skills.

Bachelors degree in business administration or related area desired or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years experience in full service sales or sales operations required.

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Lawson and Salesforce preferred.

Report problems or changes to management immediately

Manage assigned work to meet professional execution, time, and customer satisfaction standards

Experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment preferred

Demonstrated experience in the integration of low-voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols, such as BACnet, N2, Modbus, etc. preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

3+ years of experience with automated equipment build, troubleshooting & maintenance of automated/robotic cells.

Formal technical training in automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic cells and PLC/HMI reprogramming Master certification preferred.

Complete a Field Service Report for each customer service call.

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain robot controllers, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment.

Maintain a service tool kit and documentation to facilitate rapid customer response.

Provide telephone-based troubleshooting support to customers to resolve robot or related peripheral equipment operational problems on as needed basis.

This position is a remote position.

Partner with Enterprise Account Manager and/or Sales Executive to develop account-specific lab

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience / Training Required

2 years of relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment

2 years of experience interfacing with customers.

4+ years’ project management experience required

Acts as the expert in product knowledge/subject matter expert and performs diagnostic procedures.

4+ years HVAC industry experience with at least

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and prioritize both daily issues and long-term projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams.

2+ years of troubleshooting/ programming experience with HVAC controls

2+ years of experience with building automation systems and/or Tridium

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Good verbal /written communication Skills

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Current member of local union or willing to join.
