Magnify has an exciting new role looking for a Field Manager! Our client is an emerging force in the turn-key building supply industry, with a combined leadership knowledge of decades of success and expertise in the construction space in Texas!

They are looking for an Installation Field Manager to oversee multiple home builder communities in the DFW area and supervise sub-contractors who are installing flooring products. The Field Manager is also responsible for ensuring the correct materials are being installed, working directly with the Builder (client) on warranty issues, Pre-walks and Post-walks, making decisions that are in the best interest of the company and clients, ability to bring on new subs or fire underperforming subs, and general problem solving.

Ideally, they are looking for a Field Manager who has experience with Tile installation oversight, but will consider other flooring products including hard wood, laminate, vinyl, or carpet.

You will be given a wide breadth to do what it takes to train and support the field team, collaborate with other leaders, and support the company’s operations and goals.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to measure and calculate square and linear footage
• 5+ years of field supervision
• High attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
• 2+ years of Tile Installation experience, other flooring material is ok
• Experience with construction jobsite conditions and safety requirements
• Possess strong time management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a nice to have
• Experience with customer service and interaction.
