The role

As the leader of the Brand Marketing team, you will play an instrumental role in growing the awareness and understanding of Transcarent among our key audiences. This newly created team will serve as the company’s central hub for the brand, responsible for driving consistency across the organization amidst rapid growth. As part of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will foster an open, inclusive culture that enables team members to deliver high-impact work.

What you will do

  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives across Communications, Product & Client Marketing, Growth, and Product Design
  • Manage the ongoing development and execution of marketing initiatives, including video campaigns, presentations, and events
  • Establish and manage an adaptable creative production system by cultivating a roster of freelance and agency partners
  • Act as a player-coach to build Transcarent’s brand infrastructure and core processes
  • Own and evolve Transcarent’s brand strategy and architecture to drive consistency across all touchpoints
  • Create and manage our co-marketing strategy and approvals process
  • Prioritize project requests to deliver on time and within budget

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to express your ideas and influence cross-functionally at all levels
  • Excellent project and resource management skills and proven ability to navigate a fluid and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong agency & freelance management experience; highly skilled at leading designers and writers
  • Track-record of driving measurable results in support of business goals
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, in-house and digital marketing experience required
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional and agency teams in a fast-paced environment

Total Rewards

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is $190,000-$215,000.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
