We are looking for a Brand Manager who will Serve as a PR Brand Lead, leading day to day operations of a purpose-driven, humanity-focused brand. The Incumbent will lead day to day business operations, partnering closely with customer strategy, analytics, finance, and demand/supply planning teams to drive the overall health of the business and deliver against financial targets. This is a Hybrid role.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Make good commercial decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining portfolio growth and equity strength.
  • Close partnership with Innovation team to build short and long-term strategy
  • Lead Commercialization of innovation • Engage, influence, and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of strategy and activities.
  • Partner with internal and external partners (including agencies, consumer insights, design and customer strategy and sales teams), inspiring them to develop the Omnichannel strategy to deliver brand sales, share growth, increases penetration, and build brand equity
  • Have strong digital capabilities to effectively manage and promote the brand in the digital space.
  • Lead development and execution of brand plans. This includes creating annual business plans as well as long-term strategy
  • Manage two associate brand managers and foster development and growth, providing coaching and guidance
  • Close partnership with Global Marketing team to deliver against best-in-industry campaigns and initiatives that also improve the lives of our consumers

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years plus experience in consumer product goods (CPG)
  • 3 years plus experience in budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
  • 3 years plus experience in analytics and data, budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • A strong problem solver with ability to think both analytically and creatively to effectively drive business objectives
  • Have strong digital capabilities to effectively manage and promote the brand in the digital space. Some of the key digital capabilities an ideal candidate should possess include:
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • HCP Marketing knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing
  • Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and influencing skills
  • 2 years plus experience as a brand manager/product manager/innovation manager

1. Social Media Management: Effectively Manage The Brand’s Social Media Accounts To Engage With The Audience, Create And Share Content, And Monitor Brand Mentions.

2. Content Marketing: Create And Distribute Content That Aligns With The Brand's Messaging And Resonates With The Target Audience.

3. Data Analytics: Analyze Data To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights That Can Help Improve The Brand's Marketing Strategies.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Knowledge Of SEO To Optimize The Brand's Online Presence And Improve Its Visibility On Search Engines.

5. Email Marketing: Create And Manage Email Campaigns To Engage With The Target Audience And Promote The Brand.

6. Digital Advertising: Knowledge Of Digital Advertising Platforms Such As Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Programmatic Ads To Create And Manage Ad Campaigns.

7. Website Management: Manage The Brand's Website And Ensure That It Is Optimized For User Experience, Functionality, And SEO.

The salary range for this role is: $82,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
