Who You Are
We’re looking for a versatile leader to manage a multidisciplinary team focused on commercialization strategy, go-to-market planning, and content partnerships across the http://Realtor.com portfolio.
The ideal candidate has successfully led GTM strategy across the product life cycle, led B2B commercialization/pricing strategies for high-growth products, and has experience leading complex negotiations with external partners. We’re looking for someone who’s equally skilled at translating user insights into new revenue opportunities as they are negotiating complex, external data partnerships.
You will have demonstrated executive-level competence in presenting new ideas and business results in high-profile senior leadership settings. You will understand how to navigate tradeoffs without compromising quality. You will stand up for change when it is needed, but know how to work within a technical organization to drive consensus and get things done.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Become an expert on http://realtor.com audience segmentation, understanding user wants and needs across verticals
  • Work alongside analytics and finance to evaluate business impact of strategic initiatives
  • Identify and monitor key market, consumer and competitive trends
  • Coach and develop the careers of a team of exceptional Product Marketers & Content Strategists
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Identify, negotiate and secure strategic content partnerships that align with RDC consumer positioning
  • Manage and develop the team responsible for sourcing content/data partnerships and integrating 3rd party content into the RDC user experience
  • Drive GTM strategy and planning: coaching/ empowering the team to define launch objectives, key success metrics, consumer segmentation, and hard-hitting product positioning and messaging
  • Build a deep understanding of MLSs, tools, technology and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to drive launch strategy and alignment from concept creation to product release (and often beyond!).
  • Define research priorities and validate hypotheses to help inform product strategy (with support from the http://realtor.com Insights team)
Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 15+ years of related work experience
  • You like getting into the details and solving complex problems
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get things done; works with an owner's mentality
  • Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate and influence at an executive level, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
  • You comfortably maintain the balance between attention to detail and swift execution
  • Exceptional judgment with the ability to determine solutions, and influence key stakeholders, based on limited data
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • You have experience in the tech, media or content-creation industries, preferably in product marketing, strategy and/or business development roles
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • You are a strategic thinker and creative problem solver with the ability to transform business goals into actionable product plans
  • You comfortably maintain a balance between attention to detail and swift execution
