JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Sr. Brand Manager, Retail Media:
- Managing KPIs and insights and presenting main outputs to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Brand leaders and translate brand briefs into strategic plans to meet across the portfolio of brands
- Understanding key Brand and business objectives and delivering against these. You will have end-to end responsibility for delivering incremental and profitable growth for P&G and our retail partners through Retail Media plan activations, especially focused on Search
- Leading the activation team and developing and coaching direct reports who execute Retail Media Trading responsibilities
- Working closely with media vendors and tech partners in the optimization of plans and building strong working relationships
- Collaborating with broader digital activation, digital planning and Brand teams as well as Marketing Technologists to generate and share insights
- Partner with Media Analytics and Insights to evaluate emerging media opportunities and execute on-going Test & Learns to fuel insights and innovation

Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Direct experience managing others
- 3-5 years of management experience with exposure to consumer packaged goods, and retail media
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to travel to Mason, OH to work. Relocation is not offered for this role. Applicants outside of travel distance to the Mason, OH office must be willing to self-relocate to the area.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates a bias for action with a can-do attitude.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
Starting Salary Range: $100-$143k
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
