Chase is looking for a product manager to be part of a new team focused on growth and monetization initiatives for Zelle. You will be joining a high growth/high visibility team responsible for increasing awareness, Zelle customer engagement and acquisition, creating high value revenue opportunities through new product offerings, identifying cross-LOB partnership opportunities and P2P-forward culture within JPMC. We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to manage Zelle marketing and analytics, operationalize P&L frameworks, and assist with growth and monetization product strategy development. You should be a skilled project and stakeholder manager who is passionate about product, a strong communicator, and loves to deep dive into the numbers.
Job Responsibilities
- Openly communicate on the progress of key activities, proactively escalating and addressing any red flags and blockers as they arise
- Oversee Zelle marketing strategy and work with marketing partners to review and sign off on marketing calendars and assets, track and manage execution progress, and execute new marketing initiatives
- Have a strong risk and controls mindset in everything we do, ensuring product requirements meet the rigorous expectations of our customers, regulators, and the bank
- Maintain a good, better, best mindset, keeping one eye on the target state and the other on opportunities for quick wins that are executable within the confines of competing priorities
- Maintain and prioritize the Zelle analytics book of work and work closely with finance partners to craft critical P&L product views exploring ways to measure and track the value of Zelle
- Own critical reporting and forecasting for Zelle and delivery of one-off quantitative analyses in response to changing market conditions, competitor updates, and Senior Leader requests
- Own critical product strategy development work streams on new product opportunities within the Zelle space end-to-end
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Must be proactive and results oriented, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders, managing programs and projects to execution, and owning post-mortem measurement and monitoring
- Self-starter with an ability to effectively solve problems, address blockers, and suggest ideas for improvement and prioritization
- Strong knowledge of payments and digital banking trends
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without direct lines of authority
- 3-5 years experience in project/program management or product management
- Ability to manage against delivery timelines and competing priorities with a calmness under pressure
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft suite applications
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strategy consulting or financial services experience
- Ability to independently own projects, programs, or critical work streams end-to-end
