Role Summary:
As a Senior Application Analyst on the Warehouse Management Systems Application team, you will break down and solve highly complex supply chain and logistics challenges leveraging data and anecdotes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is able to conceptualize and drive complex initiatives end to end, with proven experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams. This role requires experience building both fulfillment center and customer-facing products, comfort in ambiguous situations, an ability to influence without authority, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of customers; and finally, the ideal candidate has a burning desire to be a part of something really big.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle/SQL
- Able to solve business problems with short/long term solutions
- Expert knowledge in WMS Inbound/Outbound Integrations.
- Manages and facilitates implementation of WMS configuration changes & data migration in Test, UAT and Production
- Experience with Agile TME1(E2Open) or similar parcel shipping software
- Hands-on experience on application testing, troubleshooting and documentation activities.
- Experience with Swisslog Carry Pick system or general robotics implementations
- Good understanding of baseline WMS processes – Including Inbound, warehouse mgmt. , pick/pack, inventory mgmt. outbound processes.
- 5+ Years of WMS implementation experience. Knowledge in Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active is a plus.
- WMS Support experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Vendor Management for new requirements/bug fixes and deployment
Role Description:
- Perform WMS subject matter expert activities to the Business, Operations, and IT teams - lead presentations and meetings, perform detailed analysis and answer all questions.
- Facilitate meetings with Business, IT & Operations teams to drive next steps and positive business outcomes.
- Deliver customer value by meeting and exceeding launch deadlines, optimizing feature sets, and helping craft the product roadmap.
- Performs system analysis and design
- Work with multiple teams varying from technical to end users to change and improve processes
- Serve as the central resource with design, engineering and operations teams as the process changes move to production.
- Analyze data to design process and system improvements
