Job Title : Functional Data Analyst

Location : Brooklyn , NY

Knowledge of Payroll & Inventory Management is a plus.

Works with the Project Manager to report on progress, business impact metrics, and rollout reporting during the project.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Support the successful completion of new customer setup for Emerging Market and smaller National customers.

Deliver training to Emerging market and smaller National customers leveraging webinar sessions, group orientation sessions, and training documentation

Vendor Management for new requirements/bug fixes and deployment

5+ Years of WMS implementation experience. Knowledge in Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active is a plus.

Manages and facilitates implementation of WMS configuration changes & data migration in Test, UAT and Production

Expert knowledge in WMS Inbound/Outbound Integrations.

Hands-on experience on application testing, troubleshooting and documentation activities.

Experience with Agile TME1(E2Open) or similar parcel shipping software

Implement and maintain warehouse management systems

Train team members on the use of warehouse management systems

Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, required

0-2 years analytics experience, required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business

Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency

Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and report writing

Self-motivated problem solver with strong critical thinking skills, time management skills and attention to detail

Create and present reports to management team members to support recommendations.

Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency

2-4 years of WMS experience

Experience creating reports and dashboards

Attracts, retains, and develops top talent to build a world class Product Management Team

Experience with “Source to Target” mapping for integration work between WMS and complex enterprise retail/ supply chain applications

Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

Experience in package solutions like Manhattan WMS or Blue yonder wms will be plus.

People – Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to Product Managers

Demonstrated ability to work in a large, matrixed organization, successfully influencing others and establishing relationships

3 years of experience utilizing knowledge of upstream and downstream master data impacts and retail best practice business processes

3 years of experience interpreting and managing requirements;

3 years of experience performing simple to moderately complex Package System configuration

2 years of experience utilizing SAP and Cloud technologies

3 years of experience identifying and prioritizing business needs

3 years of experience executing all phases of Project Methodology to successfully implement enhancements

Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Warehouse Management Systems Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in warehouse management systems.

Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Other duties as required by management.

Knowledge and experience of ERP – SAP S/4HANA would be a plus but not required

Knowledge and experience in SOX and CFR Part 11 compliance

Understand capabilities required at CONMED.

Understand newly released features in the product(s) and industry trends, and work with the business technology partner to deploy applicable capabilities.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in deploying, integrating, sustaining and administering WMS type software.
