ZAW is an innovative B2B and B2B2C program that provides safety footwear and uniform and apparel solutions to many companies, including Fortune 100 companies, across the United States!
The Sr. Account Manager will be tasked with being the primary point of contact for our B2B partners and will be focused on communicating with clients, resolving any issues that arise, growing their businesses, and building a deep understanding of their plans, needs, and trajectory. With client service at the forefront, this role is expected to go above and beyond to be a great partner to our portfolio of B2B and B2B2C clients and to be well-versed in both their strategic planning, as well as the complexities and nuances, of their safety footwear and uniform and apparel programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Building strong relationships and connections with client partners to understand their safety footwear and uniform and apparel needs.
- Providing recommendations to both clients and the ZAW team that grow the B2B and B2B2C experiences.
- Meeting with clients on a regular occurrence, both face to face and virtually, to stay on top of the business needs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to a portfolio of ZAW clients by anticipating and delivering solutions to build an excellent experience.
- Identifying areas of opportunity to expand the clients’ ZAW business and relationship; pitching and executing on these growth plans to build client trust.
- Executing on both day to day and long term asks across the client portfolio to help maintain and grow sales.
- Experience managing complex client relationships with several partners at once.
- At least five (5) years of client management experience.
- Some travel may be required.
- A set of strong quantitative and analytical skills that would lend to forecasting, analysis, and KPI monitoring as a way to keep a strong pulse on existing business and new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep experience in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, along with delivering on action items.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially within Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated history of growing accounts and building relationships with partners.
- Experience in the e-commerce retail industry.
