Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, and Frannie and Freddie guidelines
• Strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented with familiarity in LE and CD mortgage disclosure requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum one year of mortgage loan processing experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic department
