Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, and Frannie and Freddie guidelines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
