Senior Producer - Sports

Barstool Sports is seeking a Senior Producer focused on our sports brands. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sports producers and focus on both the producers' ongoing development as well as the growth of the brands they're associated with.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee your designated sports' brands by constantly monitoring and improving podcast production, digital distribution, and social media execution.
• Ensure efficient workflows are in place and consistently being utilized. This includes scheduling production meetings, formatting show rundowns, segment ideations, post-mortems, etc.
• Assess technical needs, crewing, and resources for current and upcoming projects within your vertical.
• Pay attention to content consumption and be attentive to new trends to continuously capitalize on opportunities within the digital space.
• Create and maintain strategic partnerships with other key stakeholders within the company including sales, merch, ads, social, marketing, etc.
• Analyze ongoing content performance and value, taking into account quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Manage and empower your producers to be creative, collaborative, ahead of trends, etc.
• Oversee content creation, talent management, sponsorship execution, graphics, and post-production process.

What you have:

• An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work.
• Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.
• Background in producing, shooting and editing content for digital platforms.
• Strong leadership skills, management experience and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content.
• Minimum 7+ years experience.
