📬 WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Manage and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

(Preferred; not required) Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and analyzing metrics.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and awareness for the organization's national programs and events.

Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices to ensure the organization is utilizing the most effective strategies.

Interview candidates, confirm credentials and ensure that they meet Concern’s requirements. Negotiate visit rates.

Recruitment experience, preferably with mental health or medical professionals, at least one year

Must be flexible and able to adapt to variable workload and efficiently manage time.

Utilize a variety of sources to identify qualified, licensed mental health professionals.

Complete provider profile and obtain appropriate documentation.

Ability to source, interview, negotiate and onboard candidates that meet Concerncriteria.

Professional Editing or Writing Experience - 3 Years+

$45,000 - $50,000 Per Year Depending On Experience
