Special Events Executive Jobs

Exciting opportunity to become an Executive in a well known, 5 star Events/Catering firm!! The company is growing and needs to add an exceptional member to their team.

Some of the responsibilities include developing client relationships (Business Development), selecting appropriate venues for a wide variety of large and small BEAUTIFUL events, working with inside and outside vendors to coordinate all event services details, planning menus and scheduling tastings with clients, designing creative proposals while working within proposed budgets, attending and managing special events to ensure smooth execution, and much more!

These high-end events are executed in the area’s most esteemed venues, museums, historic homes and estates. Plan Galas, Corporate, Social events, Weddings and more!

Must be passionate about events and have event and/or catering proposal experience. Eager to expand your career in a fun and friendly environment? Very promising growth track!

* Need to be extremely professional, high energy, detail oriented, punctual and organized...able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with good written and interpersonal skills

***Events are often scheduled on evenings or weekends, so must be able to attend events on those days/eves.

* Have excellent project management skills...must be able to work independently as well as in a team while assuring quality of work and meeting deadlines

* Tech Savvy

* College degree required
