Social Media Creative & Content Manager

We’re looking for a creative mind to join our team as a social media content manager. You will be an integral part of our small but mighty team, as you’d be responsible for seeing content come to life, starting at the early stages of ideation all the way through performance reporting.The perfect person for the role will be as organized as they are creative, self-motivated, and ready to get their hands dirty with all sorts of different projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

This role is hybrid: mostly remote, with need for in-person content creation and optional work in person.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to deliver content strategy and report on post performance
• Research, evaluate, and stay informed regarding new social media content trends, platforms, strategies, and best practices
• Conceptualize and execute on new, out-of-the-box ideas for eye-catching, engaging content
• Meet tight deadlines and manage projects in Asana and work with other team members via Slack
• Help to ensure that content is aligned and on-brand for each individual client and platform
• Create strategic and creative social media content for multiple brands on Instagram and/or TikTok in the wellness & CPG space

Qualifications:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Organized, solutions-oriented, and highly-motivated
• Love for social media strategy & content creation
• Self-starter mindset & the ability to manage yourself well
• Familiarity with wellness & CPG brands
• Proficient in creating UGC-style videos and images
• Team-player; willing and excited to try a variety of tasks and wear many hats
• Intimate knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights & best practices for reporting on social media performance
• Has an eye for aesthetics and is able to switch quickly between multiple brand identities
• Familiarity with Asana, Figma, Canva, Google Suite
