Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the owner while also managing the social media presence of multiple accounts. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, social media expertise, and exceptional organizational abilities. You will work remotely and in-person with the owner, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining their calendar.


Responsibilities:


Executive Support:


Assist the owner in scheduling meetings, maintaining their calendar, and taking notes during meetings.

Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations as needed.

Manage email communication, screen phone calls, and handle correspondence.

Social Media Management:


Handle daily posting to multiple social media accounts on weekdays, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the company's objectives.

Create a posting schedule using social media best practices, considering optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.

Write captivating and relevant captions for posts, reflecting the brand's voice and tone.

Synthesize appropriate hashtags for each individual account to increase discoverability and engagement.

Respond to comments, interact with followers, and foster engagement on client accounts.

Attend to direct messages and provide timely and professional responses.

Create monthly social media reports for each account, analyzing key metrics and insights.

Present social media reports to the owner and clients, highlighting performance and suggesting actionable strategies for improvement.

Requirements:


Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts.

Proficiency in content creation, including writing engaging captions and synthesizing effective hashtags.

Familiarity with social media best practices and trends.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Availability to work remotely and in-person during regular business hours (Monday through Friday).
