Job Description

Our Client, a beauty brand, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.


Fulltime, Salaried Role

Hybrid, Burbank

2-5 years experience (not counting internships)

Salary - 68-75k


Candidates must have experience with graphic design

Candidates must have experience working with beauty clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and present content calendar, schedule, and community management(replying to comments and direct messages) on social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Create photo and video content (live events, BTS photoshoots, etc.)
  • Analyze and report content performance and adjust as needed
  • Work closely with Creative Director and Brand Marketing Manager
  • Manage influencer outreach , PR List and UGC

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working in social media , specifically TikTok and comfortable being on camera

• Experience creating social content in the beauty space - knowledge of beauty trends

• Knowledge of Photoshop and in-app editing/capcut
