Description Of The Role
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
  • Respond and answer questions and comments from the community while maintaining professionalism. At the same time, taking action to potential trolls and to protect Beauty Pie’s brand and reputation
  • Take the lead on following up post – virtual consultation to drive sales and convert members and support with the execution of the virtual consultation strategy
  • Moderate and respond to queries on Social Media and community pages. Engage across all Social Media Platforms in line with Beauty Pie tone of voice
  • Manage bots and automation tools for social media platforms where applicable for growth and statistics
  • Ensure that posts and activity across the Beauty Pie Social Media Platforms are being maintained and meeting the community demands and standards
  • Reporting issues back to Operations Manager on trending topics which may appear on social before they enter the Zendesk queue in real time
  • Support with focus groups with the community working in collaboration with the community team. Get to know the VIPs
  • Collaborating with the wider MH team and colleagues across relevant areas to find solutions across product, site, bugs and general feedback
  • S upport Digital Services & Communications manager on the Member Happiness Social Media strategy and execution

  • Understanding and fluency of social media platforms including and not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
  • The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated .
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work flexible working hours (occasional late shift and weekends) as needed to ensure coverage
  • Experience within Customer Service with confidence to communicate to a range of customers across different channels as required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver tight deadlines, presenting back to management and key stakeholders
  • Experience moderating content and ensuring safe community standards
Salary
The salary band for this role will be $53,600-$75,000
