GroundSystems in Blue Ash, OH is seeking to partner with Seasonal Snow Removal / Winter Weather Subcontractors . Does your company shut down when it snows? Keep your team busy this winter by partnering with us! We provide top-notch equipment, decades of experience, and a highly visible clientele base. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SNOW REMOVAL / WINTER CREW
The seasonal Snow Removal Crew provides labor that gives GroundSystems the support we need to meet the growing needs of our customer base in the winter. When we call for assistance, you and your crew are ready to go and arrive quickly at the job site. You work with us when it snows to provide reliable sidewalk clearing and de-icing labor. This includes shoveling snow and spreading salt. With your strong communication skills, you update supervisors on your progress. After snowstorms, you are sure to quickly provide invoices. It is rewarding to know that your hard work keeps our customers safe and happy.
Qualifications

• Everyone on your crew must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work in winter weather conditions and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work a 24-hour on-call schedule and report for duty on-site within one hour of call

Are you and your crew positive and reliable? Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you and your team use assigned tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner? Is your crew driven by a can-do mentality? If so, your Snow Removal Crew may be the industry partner we are looking for!
