Overview Shift Manager Stewarding is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department. This includes overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met, and managing the staff. Detailed Job Description Shift Manager Stewarding is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department. This includes overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met, and managing the staff. The Shift Manager Stewarding will also be responsible for scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. The Shift Manager Stewarding will be expected to work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly. Job Skills Required
