Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient and effective functioning of our operations.
Additionally, You Will Be Responsible For
The Operations Manager will report to the CEO and be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall operational performance of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and implementing strategies to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, align supply with customer needs, and support sales growth.
• Oversee and coordinate project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of machinery and related products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
• Oversee and guide the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and project delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to improve overall efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Implement project management best practices and tools to improve project performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Need From You

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of machinery and engineering processes, as well as an understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the machinery and engineering services industry.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
