We seek a highly organized and talented SEO Content Editor to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Content Editor, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our content process while managing various resources such as the AP Style guide, OEM compliance documents, and internal style guides. Your primary focus will be editing content to ensure it meets high-quality standards and drives exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs, headings, metadata, and geographic regions to optimize content for search engine visibility.
• Edit and polish content, ensuring it aligns with our client's objectives and meets SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices to contribute valuable insights and suggestions.
• Utilize a detailed checklist to review content for HTML formatting, compliance guidelines, keyword placement, and other automotive-specific requirements.
• Edit an average of 8,000 words daily, going beyond SPAG to enhance the overall writing quality.
• Perform QA checks to ensure word counts, facts, style guides, and our company's tone are accurate and consistent.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple resources efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to transform content to engage and captivate the target audience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.
