This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to oversee the development and management of our fast-paced, multi-modality, outpatient imaging centers. The position is responsible for the overall development, leadership, growth, strategic direction, and operational excellence of our centers. The position will work in tandem with our hospital and physician referral partners to locate and operate these facilities in a fashion that enhances our relationship.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
OPERATIONS
- Coordination with HR and Finance to design successful staffing plans, ensure centers are efficiently and appropriately staffed and manage all aspects of the operations.
- Support payer contracting process through knowledge of the employer, provider, and payer communities.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with employees, physicians, physician leaders, Board of Directors, customers, and multiple healthcare system executives.
- Work closely with corporate functional areas, as well as site specific staff, to ensure successful implementation and communication including coordination with HR to fully staff and manage all aspects of the operation.
- Evaluate financial performance of imaging services; recommend and implement specific actions to optimize center level financial results.
- Oversee operational functions of our imaging center business, including management of staff, financial performance, growth and planning.
- Establish operations initiatives and key performance indicators focusing on improvement of safety, cost, delivery, quality, and associate relations.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Collaborate with marketing to budget for and develop campaigns for new services, products, and centers to differentiate the centers around quality and affordability and drive patient volume.
- Create long-range goals that align with the growth and strategic plans of the company and its community and health system partners.
- Demonstrate and support the mission, vision, values, standards, policies, procedures, operations, confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior.
- Stays on top of imaging industry trends and understanding of what is necessary to ensure a high-quality imaging network.
PHYSICIAN MANAGEMENT
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical operating plans with physician practice leadership and regional management leadership.
- Perform other duties directed by the CEO as assigned.
- Develop, monitor, and track physician and practice key performance indicators (KPI's) using real-time data and provide ongoing feedback to ensure all company standards are met.
- Facilitate active lines of communication between practice operations, physicians, and department managers, including facilitation of local practice boards.
- Meets with department leaders to discuss programs, problems, and solutions related to physicians, staff, equipment, and coordination of support.
- Demonstrate and support the mission, vision, values, standards, policies, procedures, operations, confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of relevant leadership experience in diagnostic imaging, ambulatory care operations, or other similar multi-site healthcare operations
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, operations, management or a related field, or equivalent experience required, MBA or MHA preferred
- Experience in the Radiology field, including prior imaging center management and joint venture development preferred
- 10-15 years of successful management and collaboration in the healthcare industry
- Experience participating as an influential member of an executive team in a private equity backed environment with oversight of operational performance
- Knowledge of employer, provider, hospital and payer communities.
