Senior Vice President, People

As Senior Vice President of People, you'll help build a best in class People organization to support the Company’s growth. You will report to VidMob’s President & Co-Founder, Jason Donnell. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our People strategy. Responsibilities

• Build and execute HR strategy with data to create a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, productivity and execution
• Provide expertise in all areas of HR and build the foundation with core HR policies and programs across performance management, compensation, culture, engagement, learning & development, DEIB and more
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management across the business regarding key organizational and management issues
• Partner with leaders across the business to provide counsel on employee relations, talent management, organizational design & effectiveness, etc.
• Drive internal communications and change management tactics to implement HR initiatives and drive adoption across the organization

Qualifications

• Track record of building successful HR functions with a bias for data and action
• Experience leading HR at a Startup and/or Scaleup, required*
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner and influence at executive level
• Seasoned, empathetic leader with 10-15+ years of experience across a variety of HR/People functions
• Strong conflict resolution capabilities, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence
• 7+ years of experience managing teams and 5+ years of international HR experience
• Deep knowledge across HR including compensation planning, organizational design, management and leadership development & DEIB
• Experience scaling HR functions at various stages of scale and maturity
• Understanding of how to lead organizational change, empower and influence people at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience in developing and implementing global strategies that engage, promote, and support a more inclusive and equitable workplace on a holistic level

Annual base salary range for this role performed in New York is $221,000-$315,000.
Annual base salary range for this role performed in California is $230,000-$330,000.
Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
