Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President/Senior Vice President (VP/SVP) of Product Management to lead and drive our product strategy and development initiatives. As the VP/SVP of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the roadmap for our diverse range of products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to create products that revolutionize the way businesses approach customer analytics, pricing analytics, enterprise operations analytics, and mobile application services.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends. Identify new product opportunities and explore potential areas of expansion for our customer analytics, pricing analytics, and mobile application services.
2. Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into industry trends, customer needs, and pain points. Utilize this information to drive product innovation and differentiation.
3. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements, set priorities, and ensure seamless product development and delivery.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a customer-centric approach to product management, incorporating user feedback and market data to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Financial Analysis & ROI: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the performance of product offerings, including revenue generation, cost efficiency, and ROI. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, guiding them in the development of high-impact product strategies and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles such as VP or SVP of Product Management.
2. Domain Expertise: Strong background and expertise in customer analytics, pricing analytics, big data solutions, time series forecasting with deep learning, and enterprise operations analytics. Experience in the mobile application domain is a significant plus.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing product management teams, driving product strategies, and delivering successful products to the market.
4. Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute product strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in competitive markets.
