Senior Vice President Operations

The primary responsibility of the SVP Operations will be to operationalize strategic objectives, create the necessary structure to scale the business, and provide the resources needed to do so. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and data-driven with a successful track record of adapting to variable business environments and needs.

• Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
• Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.

Education, Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA Preferred

· 5-10 years of executive level/operational experience

· 5+ years at the COO level is preferred.

· Medical device experience preferred.

· Multiple manufacturing site experience preferred. Acquisition integration experience preferred.
