Vice President Of Sales Operations

Description

Seeking a highly motivated and exceptional Vice President of Sales Operations to spearhead store operations across various states. As the VP of Sales Operations, this role will play a critical role to establish positive market presence, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

• Outstanding ability to execute and motivate large teams across various states to meet performance standards
• Pursue sales strategies to drive market penetration and performance KPIs
• Work with various business partners to drive awareness of sales projects
• Responsible to drive company growth and sales strategies to improve and excel operational excellence
• Maintain high associate satisfaction, excellent inter-department communication, and achieve high employee morale are very important objectives
• 7 direct reports covering 6 states and 40+ stores
• VP will ensure proper planning, growth, relevance, administration, and oversight of their personnel within the company’s strategic plans, budget, targets and executes on standard policies and procedures
• Safeguards the velocity of operations to meet company standards and objectives to increase MoM and YoY sales initiatives
• Exceptional leadership responsibility experience and track record is an absolute must
• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations and make certain best in class customer service

Requirements

• Furniture Industry Experience is a huge plus
• Weekend + Holidays; 70% travel
• Strong knowledge of business and retail operations
• Conflict and resolution driven with the ability to perform due diligence
• 10+ years in management and leadership responsibility driving a sales capacity with proven track record of success

Compensation: Robust Base + Bonus + Incentive
