What We Are Looking For

The Senior Sales Engineer reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works with our Sales team and customers.The role will play an important role in supporting our sales process by answering technical questions and into the implementation phase of the product.The Senior Sales Engineer is expected to provide guidance and mentoring to Sales Engineers.


  • Work with the Sales team to answer technical questions from customers on the product or proposed implementation approach
  • Leveraging the understanding the Airlock Digital products and working with the customer team the best way to implement the product into their ecosystem
  • Leadcompelling product demonstrations and support proof-of-concepts to prospects and customers, technical contributors
  • Simultaneously manage multiple POC's for various levels and sizes of customers
  • Be the interface between the customer and our support team during the initial implementation for continuity of knowledge
  • Identify possible product enhancements off the back of the customer engagement
  • Help with RFP, RFI, or tender responses
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Airlock Digital's technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept, to design and implementation


What You’ll Need

  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and/or teams including technical staff through to the C-suite - our focus is Enterprise accounts
  • A background and passion for technology/cyber security
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to connect a customer's specific business problems to Airlock Digital's solution
  • 4+ years commercial technical experience, either as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, preferably in the cyber-security industry
  • Motivated by continual learning and improvement
  • Self-starter and ability to own and drive initiatives
