What You Will Do
Fuel growth and innovation by delivering impactful talent acquisition outcomes. Balancing people, process and strategy, you play a vital role in attracting and onboarding top talent to propel our company’s growth.
- Full Life Cycle: Influence every stage of the process, from req intake to sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted talent advisor, aligning stakeholders, fostering engagement, and implementing best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Harnessing the Power of Data: Drive impactful outcomes through insights. Compile comprehensive recruitment data, provide regular reports, and empower data-driven decision-making.
- Req Load:Comfortably handle 20-25 reqs simultaneously.
- Client Experience: Deliver top-notch service, promptly communicating, promoting transparency, and offering consultative advice to candidates, the BU, and the HR/TA team.
- Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse platforms and tools to effectively attract top-tier candidates. Cultivate a robust pipeline for diversity and quality.
- Employer Branding: Promote company culture and values, creating engaging job announcements to enhance visibility and attract top-tier talent.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine TA ops strategies and processes, using feedback and data to drive improvements.
What You Will Need
- Recruiting technology talent.
- Mastery of boolean search for efficient candidate sourcing.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, including O365, Teams, Slack, Workday, Gsuite, Jira, PowerBI, Confluence, Sharepoint, and numerous sourcing tools. While it's not essential to have proficiency in all these platforms, a strong tech-savviness is required.
- Business acumen and understanding of various tech stacks.
- 6-10 years of equivalent combination of educational, related experience and/or military experience.

- Previous agency experience.
- Tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, HireEZ, PowerBI, etc.)
