Within a defined geographic area comprising Genesis nursing centers, the Market Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment for RN, LPN and clinical leadership positions. This collaborative position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Market President and works closely with nursing center and Market Human Resource designees.
Position Highlights
*Manage the full life cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified job applicants for direct care RN and LPN roles and for RN and LPN roles that are managerial within the nursing center.
*Champion a talent acquisition culture within the Market to establish a shared accountability and ownership of seeking and sourcing top talent.
*Develop strategies to attract both active and passive candidates that do not apply through typical channels.
*Foster community partnerships to include local educational institutions and organizations to build talent pipelines.
*Attend nursing center open house recruitment events, college/university recruitment events state health care association conferences, and national events as needed.
*Build relationships with candidates and manage their experience with Genesis so it is favorable.
