Are you a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter looking for an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team? We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter to play a key role in our organization's talent acquisition efforts. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals to meet our company's technological needs.
Responsibilities:
1 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the IT staffing requirements for various roles within the organization.
2 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled IT candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
3 Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
4 Conduct in-depth interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to assess candidates' technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
5 Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals to proactively identify potential candidates for current and future openings.
6 Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices to ensure the organization's talent acquisition strategies remain competitive.
7 Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate job offers, manage the offer process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

8. Participate in career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's employer brand and attract top IT talent.
9.Continuously evaluate and refine the recruitment process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
