About Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Staff Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to meet the company's hiring needs.This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·Collaborate and communicate with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates based on the job descriptions and hiring criteria.
·Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
·Assist with the interview process including attending interviews with hiring managers.
·Screen candidates and coordinate interviews via in-person or via Zoom with hiring managers.
·Interview candidates in compliance with employment policies and legal compliance.
·Evaluate and edit job descriptions to attract desired candidates.
·Maintain a diversity of job boards to ensure a funnel of qualified candidates to fill open positions.
·Continually evaluate new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
·Use multi-channel approach including networking.
·Attend and participate in college job fairs and expand the college handshake program.
·Ability to scan through a large volume of resumes.
·Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirement.
·Perform background screening and social media searches to ensure PCI compliance.
·Continually revisit the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
·Prepare monthly KPI and statistical reporting.
·Prepare a weekly status report for open positions and candidates in progress.
·Maintain and update monthly budgeted headcount reports.
·Establish an applicant tracking software program.
·Maintain confidentiality.
·Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
·Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
·10 years of experience as a Staff Recruiter.
·Must have experience either in telecommunications or technology
·Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
·Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
·Experience establishing an Affirmative Action Program
·Team player and collaboration
·Excellent time-management skills
·Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
·Must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and or related software.
