Senior Financial Analyst Jobs

Endeavor Agency (www.endeavorCRE.com) is a commercial real estate & Prop Tech talent agency providing high-touch recruitment services throughout major markets across the US. Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate investment company seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Senior Analyst to join its team. The Senior Financial Analyst supports new investment efforts and also will be responsible for performing budgeting, financial analyses, scenario analyses, business case development, and other ad hoc analyses and projects. Analysis will be performed to help manage financial performance of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of executive summaries for management team in the form of dashboard, data graphing, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Statistical analysis related to hotel and rental operations.
• Assist in the preparation of semi-annual budgets.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Work closely with Operations to develop budgeting and forecasting models.
• Special projects are an integral part of this position.
• Quarterly investor reporting.
• Prepare financial investment models for multifamily properties, hotels, retail and commercial assets related to value add acquisitions.
• Assist with analysis of development projects
• Provide due diligence support, develop new investment memos and present to investment committee.
• Put together investor and vendor memorandums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong research, analytical skills, pro-active problem solver and self-motivated to
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Previous experience with cash flow reporting in the real estate industry
• Strong technical knowledge of Excel
• Perform tasks above and beyond responsibility
• 3-4 years of commercial real estate analytical experience
• Must be capable of working in fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment and must have the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Multi residential or real estate experience preferably.
