Day to Day:

A Federal Client of Insight Global is looking for a technical/operations analyst to join their mailbox support team. This person will be responsible for monitoring all inquiries coming in to the eCR from healthcare organizations/electronic healthcare companies and overseeing the other individuals on the team who are preforming these tasks. This person is expected to uncover information on each inquiry and tag/flag each request for information/inquiry and send to the appropriate team within the eCR program so that they can perform the action items on these requests. There is a 3-day turnaround guarantee for all requests to be filled so this person will also perform analysis at the end of each day and send to team leaders within the eCR program what outstanding emails they have at the end of the day and which emails are nearing the 3 day turnaround mark. This person will also be responsible for creating documentation and SOPs around the program/mailbox. This person will also do a full count status report for all emails at the end of the week. This person will be using Dynamics CRM to put contact data for the healthcare organizations so it would be helpful if someone has used this product before.

Environment: Fast pace, 100% ambiguous, no problem is the same, fully remote, large integrated team (20+), multiple stakeholders, need to know how to properly escalate risk/issues
