Business Analyst/Business System Analyst

TheBusiness Analystdevelops the application code, testing, accomplishing data conversion, and conducting user training; works with partners to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to complex data management processes; conducts research into and propose technical solutions; and responds to requests for information and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Services Operations management to drive cost management and labor effectiveness in materials portion of the P&L..
• Providing senior-level business analysis to stakeholders to support decision making and driving results.
• Providing analytics that advise management of the underlying drivers of labor and material spend. Leads discussion with business partners to set and deliver on efficiency targets.
• Synthesizing business data into insightful business analytics that highlight performance, risk and opportunities, and alternative operational tactics.
• Preparing associated analyses and simulation models for operational target setting and presentations to Management and Executive Team.
• Working with FP&A by providing in-depth analysis and insights that explain past and predict future performance based on thorough knowledge of the business.
• Supporting Sr Management in driving business results with analysis and insights regarding materials.
• Supporting strong business case development for investment/divestment analysis and decision making.

You are part ofthe Services and Solutions Delivery (SSD) Business Performance Management team, reporting into Julie Slater – Sr Business Performance manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
