Senior Purchasing Executive/ Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities

• To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
• Assist in generating and processing requisition & purchase orders.
• Be a “ superuser “ within the team, providing expert knowledge especially on Purchasing when required.
• Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO.
• To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.
• To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.
• Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.

Qualifications

• Exeperienced working in construction industry or shared service environment is an added advantage.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Puchasing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered for this position.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
