Requirements
Seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager, one who would work with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods and keep accurate records of transactions and trends. Also assist the Finance and Operational Teams in monitoring, reporting, and controlling the Cost of Sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous purchasing experience in a supervisory role in Hospitality
• Workday experience preferred
• Excellent cost control skills, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
