Harnessing an agreement with the Department of Defense (DoD), Johnson & Johnson through the DoD’s SkillBridge program supports career transitions for separating military personnel in critical hiring and capability needs within our businesses. Upon completion of a SkillBridge internship, interns will be considered for hire into a full-time role within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies based on internship performance and business need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Design Center Leads to create and implement interior décor that is unique to CAR-T Supply Chain and promotes a high energy learning environment
• Manage annual budget re: Short and long-term spacing and design needs.
• Interface with Facilities team to ensure Learning Zone vision is meeting timing and infrastructure (technology, spacing, design) goals
• Manage internal communications to drive momentum across Advanced Therapies SC org; Gain internal alignment with stakeholders including SC Leadership
• Manage ongoing classroom, lab simulation, and learning technology needs as SC training needs evolve
• Simultaneously identify short/longer term facilities needs to leverage temporary space while planning for permanent location
• Collaborate with Advanced Training SC counterparts to understand strategic learning vision for Onboarding and Continuing Ed
• Escalate and mitigate risk factors to remain on schedule; Course correct as needed
• Create and maintain 2023/2024 Project Plan including key deliverables, deadlines, overall timelines
• Partner with INNERSPACE and other 3P vendors to understand future technology opportunities; Manage process to embed learning innovation opportunities into Onboarding/Continuing Ed programs as needed

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates degree is required.

Required:

• A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
• Currently or have recently completed (within the last 6 months) a SkillBridge internship at Johnson and Johnson, is required.
• Have met all Department of Defense SkillBridge eligibility requirements for a United States Armed Forces Service Member, is required.
