POSITION: Project Coordinator
HOURS: Standard PST Business Hours
LOCATION: Remote (Not open to EST candidates)
(12-month contract with the possibility of extension)
USC or GC only
PURPOSE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator for key projects. In this role, you will provide crucial support and coordination for Incident Management and Partner Management. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Incident Management:
- Stay organized by managing the internal team and repositories.
- Catalog incidents from partners and schedule reviews of incident response documents with internal teams and partners.
- Provide feedback to partners from the team regarding incidents.
- Manage a dashboard of all incidents, tracking and cataloging them.
Partner Management:
- Work closely with select partners on the money platform who require more manual processes.
- Track partner submissions in spreadsheets, ensuring key information is captured accurately.
- Send notifications to bank partners confirming the completion of required tasks.
- Help manage calendars and schedule meetings to ensure the availability of team members.
- Assist in submitting reports and generating manual reports as needed.
- Coordinate monthly internal email notifications to stakeholders regarding report deadlines.
- Save and organize documents in the appropriate folders.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in project management, preferably 2-3 years.
- Strong administrative skills with a proven track record of managing projects and tracking progress.
- Executive presence and the ability to maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in money management or the fintech industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Drive (Box), and other Google tools.
