MegaKC, your local Kansas City General Contractor, has an opening for a Senior Project Manager at our North Kansas City office! Our ideal Project Manager candidate will be a self-starter, problem-solver and possess the knowledge and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Job Responsibilities

• Prepare project financial projections on a monthly basis.
• Manage job specific safety applications.
• Manage tracking software manhours (Bid2Win/Track).
• Manage permits, bonds, insurance, and all other contract requirements.
• Manage and coordinate with Superintendent(s) to meet all project goals.
• Manage monthly pay estimates and weekly invoices.
• Complete projects on budget and schedule.
• Communicate with project team on schedule, goals, contracts, etc.
• Manage project job costs.
• Utilization of Track / Bid2Win / Procore / MS Project / Office 365 / Bluebeam software.
• Manage subcontracts and material purchase orders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing projects, estimates, bids, etc.
• Valid state driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from the office and/or jobsites
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• OSHA 30-hour safety training or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in construction software, Pro-Core experience is preferred
