Senior Project Manager Jobs

TalentAmp has an opening for a Senior Project Manager role focused on collaborating across all lines of business to develop comprehensive business charters.

Qualifications:

• At least four (4) years should involve senior PM responsibilities for large or intricate IT projects.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of extensive experience in applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
• At least four (4) years of experience delivering diverse technical and management services to government agencies.
• Seven (7) years of team-building, knowledge transfer, and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of medium to large complex projects.
• Showcase proficiency in crafting both Waterfall and Agile project plans.
• Conduct analytical studies, feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and other research activities. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee the creation of status reports, gap analyses, risk assessments, schedules, change control, and quality assurance documents (PAL).
• Lead and provide guidance in project management endeavors.
• Drive meetings, manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
