Our client, a major entertainment network, is actively looking for a Sr Media Coordinator to join their team in NYC! This position will be hybrid (on site 3 days/week) so applicants MUST be local/commutable to NYC.
***This is a 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert at any time***
The Senior Coordinator will support marketing teams to ensure the smooth transition from idea to execution of on-air and off-channel marketing campaigns. In this critical role, the Senior Coordinator will have the opportunity to oversee and leave their mark on two of the top A25-54 networks under the company's portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in media and is enthusiastic about TV and pop culture.
Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute the weekly creative forecast for the Chief Marketing Officer of US Nets.
- Identify and manage the development of assets for marketing campaigns across O&O and paid platforms. Includes data entry, house # generation, and tracking of all deliverables.
- Maintain daily communication with the media team to ensure placements and creative are always in lockstep.
- Create and approve on-air graphics.
- Manage all media planning documents; work with Research and Brand Creative to update as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of media planning principles (i.e., GRPs, reach, and frequency).
- Must have 3+ years of relevant experience managing asset deliverables, preferably at a media company or agency.
- Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to self-motivate and work efficiently in hybrid working scenarios, both in-office and remotely.
- Must have legal right to work in the United States.
