About Our Client
Our client is a diversified real estate firm that specializes in development, design, and construction. The Construction Multifamily Senior Superintendent will lead with a team of construction professionals. They deliver solutions by integrating with an ownership team and actively managing projects from concept through completion, assuming 100% responsibility for all phases of each project.

The Key responsibilities of a Multifamily Construction Senior Superintendent are:

• Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
• Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.
• Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
• Placing orders for materials, and being responsible for equipment and materials on site.
• Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
• Ensuring quality standards are met.
• Attending production meetings.
• Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
• Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
• Following the project time line to ensure deadlines are met.

The Successful Applicant
A Multifamily Construction Senior Superintendent for this role:

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• 8+ years of experience with a commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability of project teams with successful outcomes
• Good time management skills
• In depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and manpower
• Experience with Scheduling
• Proficient in basic use and functions of a personal computer
