Job Overview:

Inventory Management is responsible for optimizing allocation and replenishment to ensure the right product (down to the SKU level) is delivered to the right store at the right time. Through rigorous analytics, Inventory Manager derive insights that serve as the central point of information for inventory-related questions. and ideally is takes proactive to maximize inventory productivity across channels and locations. Inventory Managers provide strategic direction during the pre-season planning process and in-season management.

Essential Functions:

• Utilize analysis tools to increase sales, maximize inventory turn, and minimize markdowns
• Identify opportunities for improvement in allocation and replenishment processes, devise implementation plans, and oversee execution
• Provide strategic guidance, during Merchandise Financial Planning, on channel receipt plans, network strategy, capacity constraints, and throughput
• Work closely with Merch Planning, Assortment Planners, and Buyers to gather key inputs for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Provide guidance on inventory strategy (e.g. hold & flow, multiple shipment) to support broader Category Strategy
• Shares flow recommendation with Assortment Planner Pre-Season
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of replenishment and allocation strategies to stores
• Responsible for creating replenishment PO, In-Season replenishment forecasting, identifying inventory risks and opportunities, and tracking channel receipts

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Inventory optimization
• Strong analytical skills
• 4 Years Financial or Inventory Management
• Effective communication skills
• We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply
• Work Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, Storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business

• Hold and flow optimization and execution experience
