Assistant Inventory Operations Manager

About the Role

LOLA is hiring a full-time Assistant Inventory Operations Manager to manage daily warehouse inventory movement. The Inventory Operations Manager will be a key member of the team reporting to the Director of Operations and frequently partnering with Sales and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives and deliverables. This is a new role at the company and an exciting opportunity to develop various skills related to supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated problem solver with excellent time management and communication skills. Candidates with experience working in NetSuite and warehouse systems are preferred.

What you will do

• Oversee timely inventory receipt, movement and transactions within internal ERP
• Reconcile fulfillment transactions across internal database and warehouse system
• Responsible for work order assembly in Netsuite
• Review 3PL performance, including receiving and inventory accuracy, to ensure SLAs are met
• Support ad-hoc supply chain improvement initiative

Requirements and skills:

• A degree in Degree in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Economics
• Proactive communication style
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment where self-direction and initiative are highly encouraged
• 3+ years experience
