The Sr Planner will be responsible in managing the regional deployment of inventory around the network within specified channel North America Retail. They will create and apply inventory policies in order to maintain the desired level of inventory for Coach North America.

The Sr Planner will work closely with the Business Units to align and stay connected on inventory plans for Coach North America.


Key Responsibilities…


  • Manage cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances
  • Plan and manage inventory rebalancing across locations and regions; and set SKU targets by DC locations
  • Identifies discrepancies within inventory and proposes solutions
  • Support Demand/Inventory Review, Supply Review and Integrated Reconciliation
  • Supports end-of-life management process
  • Manages In-season inventory node allocation, including wholesale order book and manage in-bound inventory allocation
  • Responsible for automated Inventory Netting to ensure inventory service level at location for all product segments
  • Build relationships, interact and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, buying, demand management, and supply chain partners.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Strong brand, retail, supply chain, manufacturing and overall retail business acumen preferred
  • Experience in reviewing inventory planning KPIs and developing plans to address issues preferred
  • Understanding of inventory planning and management techniques
  • Experience in inventory planning continuous improvement efforts preferred
  • Experience in S&OP/SDS process meetings; approved inventory plans being used in S&OP meetings preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a luxury, lifestyle brand, working with product from concept through execution and experience leading multiple categories preferred
