Position Summary

Our Senior Manager, Benefits & Compensation will oversee Benefits and directly manage everything for Compensation. This role will be a subject expert and partner with Headquarters to execute and develop programs for compensation. They will oversee Compensation & Benefits for all 3 U.S. entities and ensure we’re compliant within U.S. regulations and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual bonus and pay increase process, salary adjustments and off-cycle support as needed.
  • Conducts compensation and benefits analysis to identify internal trends and equity improvements, including ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Generate reporting such as end of year cost spend statements.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for benefit program management. Includes day-to-day benefit administration and management, open enrollment management, monitoring plan performance, benefit broker relationship management, benefit plan compliance and reporting.
  • Manage Pay Band tool and maintain updates.
  • Help Identify opportunities with current or new vendors to develop or enhance existing benefits to align with SHEIN’s Total Rewards standards.
  • Ensure confidential data integrity and assist in resolving employee issues related to earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  • Create SOP Standards and execute processes for Compensation.
  • Report annual pay gender reporting as required.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Partner with HQ to establish & maintain local compensation standards for each US state we hire in, while ensuring compliance with state payroll regulations & taxes.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, and other state and federal regulations is required. Expertise in CA and nationwide preferred.
  • Expertise of creating a local U.S. Compensation strategy, design and implementation.
  • Must be flexibility and quick to adapt due to the constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 8+ years of Benefits and Compensation experience in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or relevant experience.
  • Establishes great relationships with all stakeholders very quickly.
  • Seeking an innovator who can strategize and execute new ideas, cost efficient, on top of market trends & best practices.


Pay: $131,900.00 Min. - $175,800.00 Max Annually.
