  • Represent the brand and utilization of the PUMA Values - Brave, Confident, Determined and Joyful in all decisions, actions, processes and practices
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders for responsible corporate teams
  • Participate in P&O Department projects as needed
  • Provide effective, creative, and objective employee relations support through coaching, policy interpretation, progressive disciplinary action, and incident investigation
  • Oversee immigration cases; visa, PERM and renewals in partnership with outside legal firm
  • Generate and analyze P&O metrics and reports to assess and communicate the effectiveness of people management practices including talent management, recruiting, employee relations, retention and turnover
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntarily resign from the organization; provide feedback as appropriate, tracks results and analyze data
  • Identify learning opportunities for employees to offer ongoing development
  • Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with business leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organization through succession planning and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with P&O-related federal, state, local and company rules and regulations by staying abreast of general and common regulations and legal resources; contribute to the development of compliance components of policies and programs
  • Guide managers through the talent management process to ensure consistency, clarity, and achievable action plans
  • Support respective functional teams with headcount planning; have a clear understanding of open positions with the Connection & Attraction Team

  • Strong communication and writing skills required
  • Proficient knowledge of US and Canada labor law and compliance
  • A self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Must possess demonstrated results providing effective employee relations coaching and counseling
  • Results oriented with ability to work within demanding times frames
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities
  • Minimum 8+ years of increasing experience in human resources driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge and tools
  • Detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Workday experience beneficial
